About

RAFT

This technology platform will be utilized by ARIZONA@WORK partner programs as well as multiple community-based organizations with the goal of increasing referrals into the ARIZONA@WORK system as well enhancing referrals and co-enrollments between WIOA core and required partner programs.

This project will create multiple access points for customers to enter the ARIZONA@WORK system by creating a network of service providers that will agree to utilize the platform. The platform will enable access points to complete intake and assessment, send and receive referrals and continually communicate with other partners in the network to ensure customers entering the door of any member of the Community Resource Network have access to all available resources in the region.

NACRN

Northeastern Arizona Community Resource Network (NACRN) arose out of a desire to connect individuals with service providers and leverage resources that can assist them in getting the resources that they need to become self-sufficient. By assisting individuals in this manner, NACRN can help move minimum wage, part-time workers into careers that will move them out of poverty and into self-sufficiency to better sustain their families.
